I know we usually discuss compensation in [Month of Review], but because of the recent success with [Huge Project], I wanted to have a proactive conversation now.
Since [Project] launched, we've seen [Specific Metric improvement]. I've essentially moved from a 'support' capacity to a 'strategy' capacity.
I want to ensure my compensation stays competitive with this new trajectory. If we can't do a full adjustment today, can we agree on a performance-based step-up plan that gets me to [Target Number] by [Date]?
