[Client Name], we've identified the belief we're working with today: "[State the limiting belief in their exact words]."

I'm going to walk you through a process. All I need from you is to stay open and honest. There's no wrong answer here.

Step one: on a scale of 1 to 10, how strongly do you believe [The Limiting Belief] right now, today?

[Note the number — you'll return to it at the end.]

Step two: where did this belief come from? I'm not asking you to justify it — just to trace it. What experience, person, or message first planted this idea?

[Let them tell the story briefly. Don't linger — you're observing, not processing the origin right now.]

Step three: let's look for evidence on the other side. In your life — your whole life — has there been a single moment where [The Opposite of the Belief] was true, even briefly?

[Usually there is one. Help them find it. "Even partially" helps if they resist.]

Tell me about that moment. What does that moment tell you about what's possible for you?

Step four: if the old belief is [Limiting Belief], what's a new belief you're willing to consider? It doesn't have to feel 100% true yet. It just has to feel more true than before.

[Let them generate it.]

Say it out loud: "[New Belief]."

Step five: right now — how does it feel in your body when you say that?

[Pause.]

Good. I want you to make a physical gesture — anything — that feels like that new belief.

Now say it again, with the gesture: "[New Belief]."

Going back to the scale of 1 to 10 — where are you now with [The Limiting Belief]?

[Note the shift. Even a small move from 8 to 6 is significant.]

We're going to close with this: what's one action you'll take this week that's consistent with [The New Belief]?
