[Client Name], I want to go back to something you just said.

You said: "[Quote the limiting belief back to them in their exact words]."

I want to stay with that for a moment. How long have you been telling yourself that story?

[Pause. Let them reflect.]

Where did that belief come from? Can you trace it back — is there a moment, a person, or an experience where you first decided that was true?

[Listen. Don't judge the origin.]

Now — if someone you deeply respected came to you and said "[Repeat the limiting belief]" — what would you say to them?

[Usually the client will be kinder to a hypothetical person than to themselves. Notice that.]

Here's a question I want you to sit with: what is that belief protecting you from?

[Pause. This is often where the real insight is.]

So if the belief is [Restate their belief], and it's protecting you from [What they said], here's the real question: is that protection still necessary?

[Pause.]

What would be the opposite of that belief — a statement that feels challenging but possible?

[Let them generate it.]

Say that out loud for me. Again. Now — what would you do differently this week if you actually believed that?

[Close the loop with a concrete action.]
